Once upon a shawarma, Boustan came to be and quickly became a vital part of Montreal’s downtown scene.

Starting from a single location on Crescent Street for a solid 25 years, we have now expanded to over 60 stores in Quebec and Ontario, with no limit in sight. We are now planning to go international, having secured locations in USA and Africa so stay tuned!
